Premium without the price tag.
Everyone tells you London is expensive. It is, if you do it wrong. I stayed in a boutique hotel in Shoreditch for £90 a night, ate at Borough Market for £12 lunches that beat any Michelin starter, walked from Big Ben to Tate Modern at golden hour, and watched the city light up from Sky Garden, free, with a reservation. Four days, every museum free, total under €800 from Thessaloniki (often via Bucharest).
